This website functioned as an agency portal, showcasing the top 10 agencies in cities across the USA with a strong presence of Spanish-speaking communities. The core business model focused on generating leads through the site and then transferring those leads to partnered working agencies.

However, the platform faced major challenges in both traffic generation and lead conversion. Despite having a wide network of local listings, the website struggled to attract relevant visitors due to poor keyword targeting, lack of localized content, and minimal brand recognition. The lead capture process was also under-optimized, with limited user engagement elements and no clear calls to action.

These issues severely hindered the site’s ability to reach its target audience and fulfill its core function as a lead-generation engine for agencies.

The website needed a substantial boost in branding, content, and SEO. Although the structure was extensive ,with over 100 location-based pages targeting different cities across the USA ,it lacked strategic focus and optimization. None of the pages were ranking for the right keywords, and the site suffered from several critical SEO issues.

Keyword cannibalization was a major problem, with multiple pages competing for the same search terms, thereby diluting their ranking potential. Interlinking across the site was poorly executed, resulting in weak internal authority and poor user navigation. Additionally, there was no clear content hierarchy, which made it difficult for search engines to understand the site’s relevance and value.

Lead generation was virtually non-existent due to a lack of conversion-focused content, poorly placed forms, and a missing value proposition. The brand identity was also unclear, making it difficult to establish trust with visitors or differentiate from competitors.

Overall, the site had potential but lacked the strategic foundation needed to turn traffic into qualified leads and visibility into long-term growth.

My strategy

The company was in urgent need of a boost in both SEO and branding. Over the following months, I focused on building a clear brand identity and developing a comprehensive content strategy. Although the website had over 100 pages targeting different cities across the USA, it lacked content, resulting in poor search rankings.

I created a well-thought-out content plan aligned with a keyword strategy that combined zero-search and long-tail keywords to drive niche traffic. We also ran A/B tests on different form placements to optimize lead generation.

On the technical side, we restructured the site architecture into a silo structure, improving both crawlability and internal linking across key sections. Additionally, we launched a blog to attract relevant traffic and strengthen brand awareness.
